ABOUT

Ardi Poels studied Art History in Utrecht, specializing in Contemporary Art. She co-founded Marres, House for Contemporary Culture in Maastricht, and has advised museums and municipalities, companies, and private collectors in the Netherlands and abroad on acquisitions, collection management, and exhibitions.

As owner and director of In Situ / Ardi Poels, The Ridder/ House for Contemporary Culture (Maastricht) and Château de la Borie (Solignac, France), she curated numerous solo and group exhibitions.

With her eye for talent, she collaborated early on with many now internationally renowned artists. Today, she continues to collaborate with emerging artists, combining her long-standing experience with a keen eye for new talent.
